Job summary

HR Primo Management Services seeks an experienced Site Acquisition & Branch Expansion Manager to lead end-to-end development and opening of new branches.

The role covers site identification, feasibility assessment, lease negotiation, fit-out, pre-opening readiness, and turnover to Operations. Ideal candidates have multi-site expansion experience across retail or financial services and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, real estate, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in site acquisition or branch expansion.
• Hands-on experience with site identification, lease negotiation, fit-out, and pre-opening activities.
• Experience managing multiple branch or site openings simultaneously.
• Background in pawnshop, banking, retail, or multi-branch businesses is a plus.
• Familiar with commercial leases, negotiations, timelines, and pre-opening requirements.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willing to conduct regular site visits and fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate locations for new branches and assess viability.
• Prepare feasibility studies, business proposals, and financial projections.
• Lead lease negotiations and coordinate with Legal and management.
• Oversee branch development from turnover to pre-opening readiness.
• Coordinate permits, approvals, and cross-functional readiness for openings.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and provide status updates.
