The role requires a degree, strong communication, computer literacy, and at least 1 year in branch banking. Fresh graduates are welcome, with priority for those living near Pasay City. On-site employment with full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Orient prospective clients on bank products and services and respond to queries.
• Process account openings, placements, renewals, and maintenance as assigned.
• Handle issuance/replacement of checks and cards per policy.
• Encode issuances in MC/GC System and manage related payments.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions in the bank's systems.
• Maintain secure cash handling and proper cash levels per policy.
• Support month-end reporting and filing; ensure proper documentation.
