Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the Philippines.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions.
• Team player who takes pride in doing the job properly.
• Clear, professional communication in Filipino and English.
• Prior cashiering, retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the branch counter in a professional, friendly manner.
• Process payments accurately via cash, card, and digital methods.
• Handle garment intake — tag, record, and issue claim receipts for customer items.
• Manage garment release — verify claim receipts and hand over to customers.
• Answer customer questions about services, pricing, and turnaround times.
• Keep the counter area clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
• Coordinate with the laundry and pressing team on order status.
