Job summary

Royal Clean Quezon City is seeking a Branch Cashier and Customer Service staff member to be the face of the branch at One Dos Castillas. You will greet customers, process transactions, handle garment intake and release, and ensure every interaction reflects the Royal Clean standard.

Full-time position with a consistent schedule. Prior cashiering or retail experience is helpful, but a warm, professional manner and reliability are valued above all.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the Philippines.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to follow instructions carefully.
• A team player who takes pride in doing the job properly.
• Three character references from a previous employer — names and contact details required.
• Clear, professional communication in Filipino and English.
• Prior cashiering, retail, or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the branch counter with a professional, friendly manner
• Process payments accurately via cash, card, and digital payment methods
• Handle garment intake — tag, record, and issue claim receipts for customer items
• Manage garment release — verify claim receipts and hand over to customers
• Answer customer questions about services, pricing, and turnaround times
• Keep the counter area clean, organised, and presentable at all times
• Coordinate with the laundry and pressing team on order status
