Qualifications

• Three character references from a previous employer are required.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the Philippines.
• Reliable, punctual, and follow instructions carefully.

• Clear, professional communication in Filipino and English.
• Prior cashiering, retail, or customer-facing experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the branch counter in a professional, friendly manner.
• Process payments accurately via cash, card, and digital methods.
• Handle garment intake — tag, record, and issue receipts.
• Manage garment release — verify receipts and hand over items.
• Answer questions about services, pricing, and turnaround times.
• Keep the counter area clean and presentable at all times.
• Coordinate with laundry and pressing teams on order status.
