Job summary

Royal Clean Bacoor is seeking Branch Cashier and Customer Service staff for the SM City Bacoor location. You will greet customers, process transactions, manage garment intake and release, and ensure every interaction reflects the Royal Clean standard.

Full-time roles with a stable schedule and in-house training. Prior cashiering or retail experience is an advantage, but a warm and professional manner matters most.

Qualifications

• Three character references from a previous employer must be provided when you apply.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the Philippines
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to follow instructions carefully
• Three character references from a previous employer — names and contact details required
• Clear, professional communication in Filipino and English
• Prior cashiering, retail, or customer-facing experience is an advantage
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the branch counter with a professional, friendly manner
• Process payments accurately via cash, card, and digital payment methods
• Handle garment intake — tag, record, and issue claim receipts for customer items
• Manage garment release — verify claim receipts and hand over to customers
• Answer customer questions about services, pricing, and turnaround times
• Keep the counter area clean, organised, and presentable at all times
• Coordinate with the laundry and pressing team on order status
