Royal Clean Makati is hiring Branch Cashier and Customer Service staff at Park Square, Ayala Center. You will greet customers, process transactions, manage garment intake and release, and ensure every interaction reflects the Royal Clean standard.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the Philippines.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the branch counter in a professional, friendly manner.
• Process payments accurately via cash, card, and digital methods.
• Handle garment intake: tag, record, and issue claim receipts.
• Manage garment release by verifying receipts and handing items to customers.
• Answer questions about services, pricing, and turnaround times.
• Keep the counter area clean, organized and presentable.
• Coordinate with laundry and pressing teams on order status.
