Qualifications

• Graduate of College level/ short courses/vocational course
• With invoicing experience for at least 1 year in previous company
• Computer literate, with good communication skills
• Possesses good interpersonal skills
• With excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

Responsibilities

• Processes orders according to agreed standards accurately
• Develops and recommends to BOS orderly and systematic ordering sequence to facilitate waiting time of customers/clients
• Implements FIFO in order processing
• Clarifies orders of customers/clients, promo offers being availed and other details in order to avoid cancellation
• Submits other required reports
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
• Does suggestive selling and promo merchandising
• Informs and reminds all customers/clients of the ordering system being implemented
• Manages customer queries and other concerns timely and satisfactorily
