weSource Management Consultancy Firm is hiring for BPO TSR (hardware) roles offering 100% remote work with a night-shift schedule. Training and nesting will be onsite at BGC. Salary up to 31,000 PHP plus 18% ND, based on experience and hiring results.

Minimum 1 year of hardware and software support experience in the BPO industry is required. You will work with CRM tools, remote desktop, and must be customer‑facing with strong verbal and written communication.

• Customer/client-facing experience is a must; good written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot POS devices and related peripherals.
• Support drive‑through machinery like speakers, microphones, headsets.
• Handle B2C and B2B inbound/outbound communications via Phone (85%) and Email (15%).

We are hiring for TSRs for aBPO Company located in BGC

This is a remote work and follows a Nightshift Schedule BUT Training and Nesting will be onsite

Salary is up to 31,000 package + 18% ND based on overall experience and hiring result

Min Requirement of at least1 year of hardware and software support experience in the BPO industry

Requirements (must have)

• With at least 1 year of hardware and software support experience in the BPO industry
• With experience using CRM tools and remote desktop
• Customer/client-facing experience is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in ISP Support
• Experience with Point of Sale is an advantage
• Experience in international center.
• Willing to attend training and nesting on site in BGC
• Amenable to work in night shifts and shifting schedules

Description:
