Job summary

Scent and Beaute Inc. in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee performance excellence across boutique operations, improve standards, and drive strategic retail projects.

You will lead a team of Beauty Advisors, analyze KPIs, optimize stock, and ensure compliance with the Operations Manual while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail or Sales is advantageous.
• Solid Beauty Retail experience is a plus.
• Strong planning and management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Drives the team towards the achievement of sales target.
• Analyzes sales and KPIs as a tool to improve teams' performance and achieve monthly goals.
• Closely monitors stock movement to be able to logically recommend needed replenishments and/or pullouts.
• Implements and monitors compliance to Operations Manual.
• Coordinates with the different departments on matters pertinent to the store's operations and vital in the achievement of targets.
• Executes an organized rostering to make certain that the operation is strategically covered daily.
• Ensures that all company properties are handled well and are maintained in its best condition.
• Provides excellent customer experience through well-informed and well-trained Beauty Advisors.
• Leads the team by example and inspires them to be at their best all the time.
• Keeps track of the performance of each Beauty Advisor by accomplishing action plans and evaluations.

About the role

Managing Retail Operations Excellence by maximizing operational standards, tools and strategic retail projects, this position will improve direct retail business with the focus on boutique performance by managing Retail Performance KPIs for sustainable business development.

Key responsibilities
