Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines Inc. is seeking a Plant Engineer - Automation to provide specialist technical support and diagnostics for the Plant's automation system, including PLC and SCADA, and to drive preventive and corrective maintenance.

You will work on calibration of ASEBI, Fill Height Inspection System, Date Coder and Bar Coder, and handle changes to PLC/SCADA programs with updated drawings and backups.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Knowledgeable on Automation and Electrical safety practices and standards.
• Basic knowledge on Project Management.
• Preferably Registered Master Electrician or Electronics Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist technical support, diagnostics and corrective action recommendation for the Plant automation system: PLC & SCADA.
• Perform specialized automation and calibration maintenance on ASEBI, Fill Height Inspection System, Date Coder and Bar Coder.
• Execute maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of instruments: digital temperature, pressure and flow transmitters and others used in the Plant.
• Execute changes to PLC and SCADA programs and update documentation and backups of parameters and drawings.
• Assist to consolidate and manage the maintenance resource budget.
• Assess and recommend replacement or upgrades for yearly Capex budgets.
• Manage equipment upgrades and technological changes.
