Job summary

Siegen HR Solutions is seeking a Bookkeeping Staff to work onsite in Quezon City. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting and at least 1 year of bookkeeping experience.

You will handle daily bookkeeping tasks, bank reconciliations, and client communications in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, QuickBooks or similar software, and strong numerical accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required.
• At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine taxation (VAT and EWT) preferred.
• Strong grasp of basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in math and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required.
• Maintain communication with clients, customers and suppliers to obtain necessary information.
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate client, supplier and ledger records.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts periodically.
• Post journal entries for funds receipts and disbursements.
• Prepare and review periodic financial reports for management.
