Outsourcey is seeking a detail‑oriented finance/marketing administrator to support bookkeeping, accounts administration, and expense management in the Philippines. You will handle invoice processing, expense reconciliations, and maintain financial records while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.

ProSpend experience is valued, with HubSpot CRM as a core tool, and strong Excel/Sheets skills are essential.

Formación

• Bookkeeping and accounts administration experience.
• Experience with expense reconciliation and financial record keeping.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with financial systems; ProSpend preferred but not required; SAP Concur acceptable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions and follow up with internal teams and suppliers.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Independent and takes ownership of responsibilities.
• HubSpot CRM proficiency; familiarity with Claude, Slack, Canva, and Google Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Complete and maintain marketing expense reconciliations using ProSpend.
• Manage 30+ invoices monthly, with volumes increasing.
• Process and reconcile expenses for events, conferences, advertising and other marketing activities.
• Manage recurring expense documentation, including digital advertising receipts.
• Identify missing information and follow up with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Update and maintain the Marketing Budget Tracker.
• Monitor marketing expenditure against budgets.
• Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding payments with suppliers.
