Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking a highly experienced Bookkeeper to support multiple US-based clients remotely. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and a proven ability to work independently with US clients.

You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, perform reconciliations, handle AP/AR, and prepare Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client priorities from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online.
• Extensive bookkeeping and accounting experience.
• Proven experience working with multiple US-based clients.
• Remote bookkeeping experience is required.
• Strong understanding of US bookkeeping and accounting practices.
• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating directly with US-based clients.
