Job summary

Pacific Traders and Manufacturing Corporation in the Philippines (Mandaue) is seeking a detail-oriented finance assistant to handle daily invoicing, posting to the general ledger, and preparation of monthly sales reports. The role involves collaboration with sales and accounting teams to maintain accurate records and timely financial data for management review.

You will also prepare SOAs, schedule accounts, monitor receivables, and support year-end inventory and audits.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales invoices
• Posting Sales Generated to General Ledger
• Prepare Monthly Sales Report
• Prepares individual Statement of account (SOA)
• Prepares Schedule of Accounts
• Receivable for Financial Reports
• Resolving any inquiries regarding recievable
• Record Collection /Official Receipts on Local
• Sales & Export Sales
• Submit required financial schedules -
• external auditor
• Assist in the yearly physical inventory count.
