• Posting Sales Generated to General Ledger
• Prepare Monthly Sales Report.

Accounts Receivable Monitoring:

• Prepares individual Statement of account (SOA)
• Prepares Schedule of Accounts Receivable for Financial Reports
• Resolving any inquiries regarding receivable
• Record Collection /Official Receipts on Local Sales & Export Sales

Government Reports:

• BIR Relief

Financial Reports Generation :

• Job Order Cost Monitoring (JOCM)
• Check Inventory of Finished Goods.
• Monitor unpostedfinancial transactions
• Delivery Receipts (DR)
• Receiving Reports (RR)
• Materials Job-out Slip (MJS)
• General Journal Entries

Responsible for the accrual of expenses :

• Light & Power bills
• Security Services
• Janitorial Services

Audit :

Submit required financial schedules- external auditor

Others: Assist in physical inventory count.
