Job summary

Shore360 is seeking a Booking Coordinator to support the team by coordinating annual smoke alarm testing appointments with customers. You will make outbound calls, arrange convenient schedules for technicians, and manage bookings while hitting individual and team targets.

Based in Clark, Philippines, you will build strong relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords in a fast-paced, office-based environment. The role offers standard Monday–Friday hours and on-site work.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in a BPO setup.
• Ability to speak with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in bookings.

Responsibilities

• Call customers to arrange the annual test of client products.
• Negotiate a mutually convenient time for the technician to attend properties.
• Create schedules for technicians to maximize allotted time.
• Meet individual and team targets including calls per day and appointments booked.
• Build rapport with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords.

• The Bookings Coordinator will support the team by coordinating annual smoke alarm testing appointments with customers. Key Requirements

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a BPO setup
