Job summary

Private Advertiser in Laguna, Philippines seeks a detail-oriented BOM Validation & Pre-Production Analyst to ensure BOM accuracy, component data, and production readiness before mass manufacturing. You will review BOMs, coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Quality to resolve discrepancies and prepare for pilot builds.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or related field, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/MRP/PLM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in BOM management, manufacturing, or production planning is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate BOMs for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Quality to resolve BOM issues.
• Verify component availability and lead times for prototypes and pre-production builds.
• Prepare and maintain BOM validation reports and pre-production checklists.
• Review ECOs and ensure BOM changes are implemented correctly.
• Support preparation of materials and documentation for pilot and pre-production builds.
• Monitor open issues affecting production readiness.
