Job summary

Davao Central Chemical Corporation is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering Team. The Electrical Engineer will help ensure reliability, availability, and efficiency of the plant's electrical and instrumentation systems to support continuous operations.

Responsibilities include preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting faults, reading drawings, and implementing upgrades while maintaining safety and compliance with electrical codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• REE is preferred with 1–3 years of relevant experience in industrial environments.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, motor controls, PLCs, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements.
