Description

1. Assign, schedule and supervise operation of boilers in compliance with production and plant plan.
2. Relay instruction/guidance regarding safe work methods and techniques.
3. Collect data and analyze for the Boilers Operation Summary:
   • Safety compliance
   • Water consumption
   • Boilers parts and auxiliary status
   • Boilers water chemical
   • Target improvement
4. Supervise/Monitor boiler day-to-day operation activities
5. Liaison in ISO Compliance and Customer Audit.
6. Check/Inspect Boiler parts if in good condition at all times.
7. Monitoring of auxiliary equipment.
8. Responsible for manpower schedule and tasks.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Experience Level: 4–5 years
• Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, troubleshooter and communication skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Working Conditions: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

All plant personnel have overtime: overall duty is 12 hours (8 hours basic + 4 hours OT), Monday to Saturday.
