Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Boiler Supervisor to oversee operations, safety, and maintenance in our plant. The role requires licensed engineering credentials and solid boiler experience to lead a team and ensure efficient performance.

The candidate will coordinate with maintenance and production teams, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance and reliability. On-site position located in Bulacan, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in boiler operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise boiler operations and ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Oversee manpower scheduling and daily work assignments.
• Assist in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities.
• Monitor boiler performance and ensure safety compliance.
• Support troubleshooting and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare operational and performance reports.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for smooth plant operations.
