Qualifications

• Registered/Licensed Engineer required, Mechanical degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant technical experience, with at least 2 years in boiler operations.
• Deep boiler systems knowledge; coal-fired/chain grate familiarity advantageous.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, leadership and cross-team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily boiler operations to ensure safe, steady and efficient performance.
• Oversee team scheduling and delegate daily work assignments.
• Assist in planning and coordinating essential daily maintenance activities.
• Monitor boiler performance and enforce safety standards.
• Support rapid troubleshooting and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze operational data and prepare performance and operational reports.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Production to maintain seamless plant workflows.
