Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Licensed Engineer (preferably Mechanical Engineering) to supervise boiler operations at a facility in Bulacan, Philippines. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in boiler operations, and a solid grasp of boiler systems.

You will lead maintenance planning, monitor performance, prepare reports, and coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed engineer with a mechanical background.
• Minimum 2–3 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in boiler operations.
• Strong knowledge of boiler systems, preferably coal-fired/chain grate boilers.
• Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports.
• Troubleshooting skills are an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise boiler operations and ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Oversee manpower scheduling and daily work assignments.
• Assist in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities.
• Monitor boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support troubleshooting and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare operational and performance reports.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for smooth plant operations.
