Job summary

The Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a Boiler/Auxiliary/Utilities Operator in Mandaue City. You will oversee start-up, operation, and shutdown of refrigeration, air, and steam systems, and provide first-level maintenance to keep equipment functioning efficiently.

You will perform planned maintenance, address faults, and mentor apprentices while driving continuous improvement across maintenance processes in a fast-moving beverage manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering/Technology; Plant Mechanic资格 is an advantage.
• Related FMCG manufacturing plant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees start-up, operation and shutdown of Refrigeration, Low/High Air, and Steam equipment.
• Provides 1st-level maintenance for listed equipment during failures and conducts planned maintenance.
• Executes planned preventative maintenance.
• Performs planned, corrective, break-in, condition-based and predictive maintenance.
• Carries out fault-finding and structured breakdown analysis on failed components.
• Coaches and mentors assigned apprentices.
• Implements continuous improvement projects on equipment and maintenance systems.

Job Title: Boiler/Auxiliary/Utilities Operator

Brief Summary of the Role: The Boiler/Auxiliary/Utilities Operator is responsible for overseeing, scheduling and performing all installation, maintenance, modification, overhaul, service, and repair of Refrigeration Equipments, Low Air Supply Equipments & Steam Supply Equipment. Provide 1st level maintenance support to mentioned area in the event of equipment failures and executes planned & corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Oversees in the Start-up, Operation, Shut-down on the following equipment: Refrigeration Equipment, Low/High Air Supply Equipment, & Steam Supply Equipment
• 2. Provide 1st level maintenance support to Refrigeration Equipment, Low/High Air Supply Equipment, & Steam Supply Equipment in the event of equipment failures and executes planned & corrective maintenance.
• 3. Execute planned preventative maintenance
• 4. Execute planned, corrective, break-in work , condition based and predictive maintenance
• 5. Perform faultfinding and a structured break down analysis on failed components
• 6. Coaching and Mentoring of assigned apprentices
• 7. Implement Continuous improvement projects on equipment and maintenance system

Position Requirements:

• A graduate of BSc in Mechanical Engineering/Technology field (Certified Plant Mechanic is an advantage)
• Related experience in FMCG manufacturing plant
