Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in FMCG sales or distributor management.
• Strong knowledge of General Trade and route-to-market execution.
• Proven track record achieving sales and distribution targets.
• Willing to be based in or travel across Bohol; fluent Filipino and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales, volume, and market share targets for Bohol.
• Develop territory plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead distributor operations and performance reviews.
• Improve distribution coverage and product availability across GT accounts.
• Coach distributor sales teams and build partnerships with owners/managers.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and risks.
