Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle SSC (Philippines), Inc. (JLLSPI) in Quezon, Philippines, seeks a Building Management System (BMS) Operator to monitor, control and optimize building services via the BMS, ensuring safe, efficient operation of HVAC, lighting and power, and timely response to alarms.

The ideal candidate holds a Technical Diploma or Associate degree in HVAC, Building Automation or related field, with at least 3 years’ BMS experience and familiarity with Siemens, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls

Minimum 3 years' experience operating and monitoring Building Management Systems in commercial/industrial settings.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building services.
Experience with BMS platforms (Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Continuously monitor the BMS for alarms, faults, deviations, and performance issues across building systems.
Operate and adjust BMS parameters to optimize comfort, energy efficiency, and performance.
Respond to critical alarms and coordinate with maintenance teams for on-site actions.
Generate and analyze operational reports and historical data to identify improvements.
Document BMS activities and assist in procedures and alarm management protocols.
