Qualifications

• College graduate preferably a licensed mechanical or electrical engineer.
• With at least 2-3 years’ work experience in real estate industry and property management.
• Sound technical skills to manage diverse range of building machinery and equipment.
• In-depth understanding of generators, elevators, FDAS, fire suppression, and water systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspect mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life-support systems.
• Prepare electrical meter readings and submit to accounting.
• Document findings in daily rounds and technicians logs.
• Respond to tenant emergencies and report malfunctions of building systems.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Submit periodic operation reports to the Property Manager.
