You will configure controllers, monitor alarms, analyze energy trends, and support maintenance to improve reliability and energy efficiency while collaborating with facilities and engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant facilities/building management experience.
• Amenable to a 6-day rotating schedule.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor BMS to optimize HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain BMS controllers, sensors, actuators and networks.
• Monitor alarms and faults; respond to operational abnormalities in the BMS.
• Analyze trends and energy data to identify efficiency improvements.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance of building automation systems.
• Maintain BMS graphics, control sequences, point databases and docs.
• Collaborate with facilities, operations and engineering teams to improve reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, codes, and client requirements.
