About The Role

As a CBRE BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS) across client facilities. What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and related building systems.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain BMS controllers, field devices, sensors, actuators, and communication networks.
• Monitor and respond to system alarms, equipment faults, and operational abnormalities through the BMS platform.
• Analyze system trends, performance data, and energy consumption to identify efficiency improvements and reduce operating costs.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building automation and control systems.
• Maintain and update BMS graphics, control sequences, point databases, and system documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections and health checks of integrated systems including HVAC, chilled water systems, pumps, generators, and other critical infrastructure.
• Support commissioning, testing, and integration of new building systems and automation projects.
• Collaborate with facilities, operations, and engineering teams to resolve system performance issues and improve reliability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, building codes, client requirements, and company policies.
• Generate operational, performance, and energy reports for management and clients.
• Lead root cause analysis activities for system failures and recommend long‑term solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and site engineering teams.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Facilities/Building Management
• Amenable for 6 days, shifting schedule
