EPAM Systems is seeking an ITSM Tooling Engineer (BMC Helix) to design, configure and enhance ITSM/Digital Workplace solutions, integrating with Azure DevOps and other third‑party systems. You will implement workflows, automate processes and contribute to AI‑driven improvements while ensuring governance and security alignment.

You will collaborate with ICT and business stakeholders across the organization, deliver stable platforms, and support continuous improvement in a mission‑critical ITSM

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting BMC Helix ITSM/Digital Workplace.
• Experience configuring, customizing and integrating BMC Helix.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or other cloud integrations.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize and enhance BMC Helix ITSM/Digital Workplace functionalities.
• Support design and implementation of new BMC features and services.
• Gather requirements from ICT teams and document technical designs.
• Create workflows to automate ITSM processes and integrate with Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional ICT teams to ensure governance and security.
