Job summary

LaVie is seeking a Bingo Manager to lead strategic, operational, and financial performance of the Traditional Bingo business. You will maximize revenue, ensure compliant operations, and deliver exceptional customer experience while aligning with gaming regulations and internal controls.

The role requires 5+ years in bingo or casino operations with managerial experience, budgeting expertise, and strong leadership. Candidates should be able to work shifting schedules and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Bingo or Casino Operations, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of bingo operations, gaming regulations, internal controls, and bingo program development.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, revenue forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily bingo operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant execution of all gaming sessions.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
• Monitor staffing levels and operational efficiency.
• Ensure equipment, gaming materials, and operational resources are properly maintained.
• Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage the department's operating and capital budgets.
• Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual business performance.
• Prepare and present Profit & Loss (P&L) reports with variance analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor gaming revenue, labor costs, promotional expenses, and operating costs to maximize profitability.
• Develop revenue forecasts and identify opportunities for business growth and cost optimization.
• Design and implement bingo game schedules, session structures, jackpots, special games, and seasonal promotions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of bingo programs using operational and financial data.
• Continuously improve game offerings based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Establish and monitor departmental KPIs.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate head as necessary.
