Job summary

LaVie in the Philippines is seeking a Bingo Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic bingo systems to ensure uninterrupted gaming operations and accurate transactions.

You will set up hardware and software components, monitor games, resolve technical issues, and keep precise records. The role may require shift work, weekends, and holidays, and involves training other staff on the electronic system to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

Job Brief

The Bingo Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electronic bingo systems to ensure uninterrupted gaming operations, accurate transactions, and compliance with company policies and gaming regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Set up and maintain all electronic bingo systems, including hardware and software components, terminals, and displays.

Monitor bingo games to ensure they run smoothly, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise. Ensure the accuracy of electronic bingo cards and sales transactions. Keep records of game results, financial information, and inventory levels.

Oversee and train other bingo staff members on the electronic system. Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and guidelines. Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in technical support, systems maintenance, electronics, or gaming equipment is an advantage. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to perform preventive maintenance and diagnose technical issues efficiently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain accurate technical and operational records.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, and respond to technical concerns as needed.
