Job summary

LaVie is seeking a Bingo Assistant Manager to support the Bingo Manager in leading daily traditional bingo operations in Manila. The role focuses on achieving revenue and efficiency goals, implementing promotions, and maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

You will oversee staff, monitor financials, and ensure smooth operation of all game sessions. Strong leadership and budgeting experience are essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual communication (English and Filipino).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Bingo or Casino Operations with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of bingo operations, gaming regulations, and operational best practices.
• Experience supporting bingo promotions, budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L reporting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• At least a Senior High School graduate or College level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with good English and Filipino communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all daily bingo operations to ensure efficient and compliant gaming activities.
• Supervise gaming sessions and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to established operational procedures and service standards.
• Monitor gaming equipment, bingo supplies, and facility readiness.
• Assist in preparing departmental budgets and revenue forecasts.
• Monitor daily revenue, expenses, labor costs, and promotional expenditures.
• Prepare P&L reports, financial analyses, and management reports.
• Support cost-control initiatives while maintaining operational quality.
• Supervise daily staff deployment and manpower scheduling.
• Coach, train, and mentor supervisors and frontline employees.
• Conduct performance monitoring and provide developmental feedback.
• Act as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Bingo Manager.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate head as necessary.
