Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a BIM Technician to prepare general arrangement drawings, RC detailing, and reinforcement bar quantities. You will operate Revit and AutoCAD to deliver structural drawings in line with project requirements and QA processes.

Candidates should have a Civil/Architecture background, Dynamo skills, and strong English communication. Collaboration across disciplines and adherence to BIM workflows are essential for delivering high‑quality project deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
Knowledgeable in Revit Structures & AutoCAD.
Skills in Dynamo and coding is a plus.
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Applications — Good English communication Skills.
Experience in structural modelling and detailing of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
Experience in BIM360, BIM360 docs and ProjectWise.

Responsibilities

Prepare general arrangement drawings and RC detailing with bar bending schedule.
Ensure drawings comply with project design brief and QA procedures.
Conduct reinforcement bar quantity estimates.
Able to prepare structural General Arrangement, reinforced concrete and structural steelwork drawings.
Perform technical Revit operations per company standards.
Ensure drawing sheets meet project requirements and formats.
Collaborate with other disciplines and coordinate BIM content standards.
Print drawing sets for the team and attend discipline reviews.
Export DWF and other formats for collaboration.
Inform team leads and clients about progress and status of work.
Assist senior BIM Technicians and Coordinators with task analysis.
Develop understanding of basic discipline-based design concepts.
