Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead drafting resources and ensure compliance with WSP standards. You will coordinate with Workshare Manager, manage project drawings, and drive timely delivery of design outputs across multiple offices.

The role requires 12+ years in BIM coordination, strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, familiarity with BIM360 and ProjectWise, and excellent English communication. Hybrid collaboration with teams will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in BIM coordination or similar roles.
• Proficient in Revit Structures and AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM360 platforms and ProjectWise.
• Strong English communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Report and liaise with Workshare Manager on technical and personnel issues.
• Allocate drafting resources and maintain technical standards.
• Keep project information up to date and monitor progress.
• Prepare regular reports on project status and estimate work completion targets.
• Supervise drawing issues and ensure dates and packages are issued on time.
• Train staff in CAD/BIM software and contribute to departmental standards.
• Ensure compliance with project design briefs and QA procedures.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Engineers and WSP offices on work issues.
