Job summary

WSP Manila Inc. is seeking a BIM Technician to join the Power team, delivering high-quality 2D and 3D BIM documentation and supporting design engineers.

The role expects independent work alongside collaboration with colleagues across the WSP business, with a focus on safety, quality, and training others. Ideal candidates bring 2–8 years of drafting experience, proficiency in Revit and CAD software, and a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Engineering or equivalent CADD qualifications.

Qualifications

• Typically, 2-8 years’ experience.
• Experience across a broad range of projects with technical knowledge.
• Good knowledge of drafting & detailing skills.
• Working knowledge of Revit software.
• Understanding of 2D and 3D CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 2D and 3D (BIM documentation) to meet WSP and client requirements.
• Lead application of technical design standards and coach colleagues in tools.
• Implement quality control to ensure documentation meets project requirements.
• Develop and strengthen design approaches, stay updated on technical innovations.
• Deliver projects under tight timescales with uncompromised quality.
