Do you have at least three years of BIM experience and a strong eye for accuracy? Then we want to hear from you.
As Structural BIM Designer at Black & White Engineering in Manila, you will produce and modify high-quality structural drawings and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD, working alongside engineering teams to ensure that design information is precise, well-coordinated and delivered on time.
The drawings and models you produce sit at the centre of how data centre projects are coordinated and built. Your work is not peripheral — it is relied upon by structural engineers, design teams and clients to make critical decisions. In a business that values getting it right first time, your attention to detail has real and visible impact.
You will work with minimal supervision across defined areas of responsibility, from producing and modifying drawings to supporting systems coordination and document control. It is a role that trusts you to manage your own workload and deliver to the required standard without being micromanaged.
You will work closely with structural engineers and wider design team members, liaising on drawing modifications and coordinating information across disciplines. Our One Global Team approach means you will be well supported and have access to expertise and guidance from experienced colleagues across the business.
Black & White Engineering focuses exclusively on data centre and critical infrastructure engineering — one of the most active and technically demanding areas of the built environment. The experience you build here carries real weight in the industry.
Black & White Engineering invests in its people. As the business continues to grow, there is genuine opportunity to develop your skills, broaden your responsibilities and build a long-term career within the structural BIM discipline.
In addition, you will be joining a community that focuses on learning and development through regular knowledge sharing sessions, investment in accredited professional courses or educational programmes. You can set the pace for your professional development, and whatever path you choose, you will receive relevant support.
