Job summary

SIGMABEAR Inc. in the Philippines (Quezon City area) seeks a BIM Specialist to model and visualize structures for multiple projects including buildings, stadiums, bridges, hospitals, and condominiums using 3D software.

The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering or architecture degree, has 1+ year experience in BIM, especially with Revit, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate, constructible models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience in BIM/3D modeling.
• Strong ability to use Revit for modeling and visualization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 1-3 years experience in Architecture/Engineering is an advantage.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for 3D modeling and visualization of various structures using 3D Software for multiple projects including but not limited to buildings, stadium, bridges, hospitals, office/ commercial and residential condominiums.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong background/advanced skills in using Revit software.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
• 1-3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture, Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent is an advantage.
