Job summary

SHIMIZU-FUJITA-TAKENAKA-EEI JOINT VENTURE is seeking a BIM Specialist to model and coordinate building information projects. You will prepare and verify drawings, coordinate CSD/SEM, and ensure MEP openings align with design intent.

The role requires strong Revit/Navisworks skills, experience in BIM coordination, and familiarity with ISO 19650 and PAS 1192 standards. Philippines transit or related projects are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (or BIM/CAD diploma).
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360; Tekla or Synchro is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years BIM modeling; at least 3 years BIM coordination.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and asset tagging (COBie).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check drawings and coordinate with Design and Engineering Department.
• Prepare and coordinate CSD, SEM and other drawings to be submitted by the engineer.
• Ensure openings are accurate and compliant with MEP design drawings.
• Prepare MEP shop drawings and selection details from approved TDD and TDR.
• Follow instructions from the superior.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and checking of drawings and coordination with Design and Engineering Department.


• Preparing and coordinate CSD, SEM and other drawings mat require to submitted by the engineer.


• Ensure the provisions of structural openings are accurate and in compliance with MEP design drawings.


• Prepares MEP shop drawings and selection details base from approved TDD and TDR.


• Follow the instructions may be given by the immediate superior.


• Perform other related task and duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent BIM/CAD diploma.)


• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360; knowledge of Tekla or Synchro is a plus.


• Minimum of 5 years of BIM modeling experience and at least 3 years in BIM Coordination Familiarity with ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and asset tagging (e.g., COBie).


• Knowledge and experience in the Philippines or transit projects is an advantage.
