Job summary

Emapta Global is seeking a BIM Specialist to advance complex BIM workflows and deliver precise model coordination with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. The role offers hybrid work in Pampanga, with global exposure and continuous development through Emapta Academy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve modeling issues, and support stakeholders while leveraging premium benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in BIM coordination, VDC, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM 360, and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of construction docs, workflows, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Use Revit and Navisworks to detect clashes and coordinate models.
• Oversee BIM coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP models.
• Present BIM models during reviews with screen sharing and walkthroughs.
• Maintain and circulate updated model information to stakeholders.
• Assist with model quality reviews and provide BIM tool guidance.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, VDC, or a related role
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM 360, and Bluebeam
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, workflows, and project coordination
• Ability to identify and resolve modeling issues
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, accountable, and adaptable
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced office and hybrid environment

Your Daily Tasks

• Use Revit and Navisworks to detect clashes, coordinate models, and document items requiring resolution
• Compare 2D deck penetration drawings and BIM deliverables with models to verify alignment and constructability
• Apply RCP overhead overlays to review ceiling layouts against MEP components and architectural finishes
• Oversee BIM coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP models to maintain consistency and integration
• Present and navigate BIM models during reviews, including screen sharing, visualizations, and walkthroughs as required
• Maintain NWD files, produce NWC exports, and circulate updated model information to stakeholders
• Upload models and supporting documentation through Procore for approval, revision control, and accessibility under senior supervision
• Prepare weekly summaries covering newly submitted subcontractor models
• Assist with model quality reviews to maintain accurate BIM deliverables
• Provide teams with technical guidance on BIM tools, processes, and standards
