Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to advance complex Revit-based models across architectural, structural, and MEP domains. You will support constructability, coordination, and technical documentation for sophisticated projects in a dynamic team.

The role requires 3–5 years of BIM experience with strong Revit skills and familiarity with BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. Onsite in Pampanga during probation, with potential hybrid work upon regularization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years BIM modeling experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or design environments.
• Minimum 3 years of strong hands-on Autodesk Revit experience, able to independently create and coordinate BIM models.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specs, redlines, and field markups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Autodesk Revit/BIM models from drawings, specs, redlines, and field data
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators and project teams to maintain model consistency
• Incorporate updates from subcontractors and handling RFIs and changes in models
• Prepare NWC/NWD files for clash detection and model review
• Create GAP models, mock-ups, and focused coordination views
• Produce construction drawing sets from BIM models with design and field teams
• Publish models to Procore and BIM 360/ACC for review and sign-off
• Integrate laser scans/point-cloud data into BIM models for as-built validation

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of BIM modeling experience within construction, architecture, engineering, or design environments
• Minimum 3 years of strong hands-on Autodesk Revit experience, with demonstrated ability to independently create, modify, and coordinate detailed BIM models
• Advanced Revit proficiency plus working knowledge of BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
• Proven experience producing and maintaining 3D BIM models, construction drawings, and technical documentation
• Strong ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, project specifications, redlines, and field markups
• Understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination, construction workflows, model standards, and quality requirements
• Exposure to point clouds, laser scanning, scan-to-BIM workflows, and model coordination is preferred
• Strong accuracy, organization, deadline management, communication, and technical collaboration skills
• Professional licensure is advantageous but not required

Responsibilities

• Develop and update detailed Autodesk Revit/BIM models from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, redlines, and field information
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators and project teams to maintain model consistency, trade alignment, and federated model integration
• Incorporate subcontractor updates, design revisions, RFIs, bulletins, and construction changes into current models
• Prepare NWC/NWD files for clash detection, coordination, and model review
• Create GAP models, mock-up models, and slice-and-dice views to support planning, visualization, approvals, and focused coordination
• Produce construction drawing sets from BIM models, including plans, sections, and details, in collaboration with design and field teams
• Publish models and documentation to platforms such as Procore and BIM 360/ACC for review, navigation, issue tracking, and sign-off
• Integrate laser scans and point-cloud data into BIM models for as-built validation, including scan alignment and stitching
• Follow established BIM standards, perform model quality checks, maintain documentation, and support continuous workflow improvements
