Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (UD2 AR) to support architectural and project teams in delivering high‑quality BIM outputs for township and large‑scale developments.

The role requires strong BIM platform expertise, deep understanding of architectural workflows, and effective collaboration across disciplines to drive innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Architecture.

• Trained and proficient in Graphisoft ArchiCAD and 2D CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish BIM implementation strategy, requirements, process, workflow and needs for township projects.
• Plan, manage and maintain the 3D BIM data and complexity of content to meet project deliverable requirements.
• Liaise with Engineer/Manager in-charge and prepare submission drawings for clearance/approval.
• Prepare architectural tender drawings in 2D and 3D using ArchiCAD and AutoCAD.
• Optimize design and downstream construction processes through BIM and VDC concepts.
• Engage project teams to innovate and leverage advanced tools to solve project problems.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and forward‑thinking BIM Modeler (UD2 AR) to support our architectural and project teams in delivering high‑quality BIM outputs for township and large‑scale developments. This role requires strong technical expertise in BIM platforms, a deep understanding of architectural design workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.

Job Description

• Establish BIM implementation strategy, requirements, process, workflow and needs for township projects.
• Plan, manage and maintain the 3D BIM data and complexity of content to meet project deliverable requirements.
• Liaise with Engineer/Manager in-charge and prepare submission drawings to relevant authorities for clearance/ approval.
• Prepare architectural tender drawings in 2D and 3D format/BIM architectural model using (Graphisoft ArchiCAD and Autodesk AutoCAD application)
• Optimize design and downstream construction processes through the implementation of BIM and VDC concepts beyond 3D modelling and conflict resolution.
• Engage project teams to innovate and leverage advanced tools to solve project problems.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of advanced and progressive BIM technologies with hands‑on experience in the architectural discipline
• Experience in using BIM to produce working drawings.
• Trained and proficient in latest Graphisoft ArchiCAD software as well as 2D CAD and other visualization and simulation applications.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary team and encourage creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge on Code of Practice, building codes, regulations and circulars published by the various building and construction regulatory agencies in Singapore is an advantage.
