Job summary

BPH Builders Solutions is seeking a BIM Modeller to support a range of BIM modeling tasks. You will construct 3D models and prepare drawings using Autodesk Revit, update models with the latest information, and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design changes.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Architecture or Structure, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus and familiarity with Singapore standards and Singapore

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Structure, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing linkage and cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Construct 3D models and prepare drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Update the 3D model using the latest information to ensure the accuracy of shop drawings.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines on design changes and model challenges.
• Prepare BIM models to communicate designs, support visualization, and enable informed decisions based on design changes.
• Ensure M&E designs comply with relevant codes, compliance requirements, and regulations.
• Produce architectural layouts and detailed shop drawings for architectural works in accordance with design criteria and specifications.
• Perform clash detection.
• Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation of all drawings.
