Job summary

Surbana Consultants Pte Ltd – KSA branch is seeking an experienced BIM Technician based in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The role involves producing BIM models for Mechanical and Plumbing services using Revit and ArchiCAD, while providing drafting support to the Singapore team.

The ideal candidate will hold a Vocational Diploma or BS in Electrical Engineering and possess at least 2 years of experience in BIM technologies. Proficiency in ArchiCAD is a must.

Producing BIM Models for Mechanical and Plumbing services using Revit / ArchiCAD.

Provide drafting and BIM support to the Singapore team on the agreed schedule.

Act as liaison with project team members internal and client side.

Prepare plant room layouts, sections, details and coordinated services drawings.

Develop general arrangement drawings from engineers sketches and other design team member drawings and details; convert sketches into coordinated building details.

Provide BIM modelling and BIM model coordination works.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of advanced and progressive experience in BIM technologies in the Mechanical and Electrical discipline.
• Trained and proficient in ArchiCAD; experience advantageous.
• Experience in producing drawings from BIM models.
