Job summary

Samsung C&T Philippines, Corp. is hiring a BIM Modeler (Revit) on a contract basis at their BGC, Taguig site. The role focuses on turning 2D drawings into accurate 3D BIM models to support quantity estimation and project coordination.

The candidate will develop and maintain Revit models, produce BIM deliverables, and assist in model coordination with HQ BIM teams for local and overseas projects. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years in construction with at least 1 year in BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and strong English communication is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit models per project requirements and BIM standards.
• Translate 2D drawings into 3D BIM data to support estimates and coordination.
• Produce plan, elevation, section, detail, and 3D deliverables from BIM models.
• Extract BIM data and quantities to support tendering and project delivery.
• Assist in model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and BIM tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and BIM coordinators to ensure deliverables quality.
