Job summary

Kit Properties Inc. is actively seeking a seasoned BIM Specialist to drive its digital transformation by integrating engineering technologies, data analytics, and automated workflows into project delivery and operations.

You will lead BIM implementation across design, engineering, and construction, ensuring standards compliance and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in BIM modeling, design coordination, or project planning.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SAP B1/SAP HANA, Dynamo, or Power Automate is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects
• Coordinate and integrate models from consultants for design review and clash detection
• Generate plans, sections, schedules, and other project deliverables
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, LOD, and ISO 19650
• Support digital workflows and coordination across design, engineering, and project teams
• Assist in improving BIM standards, templates, and project documentation
