Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Licensed Engineer status is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience expected.
• Experience as BIM Operator for Architectural/MEP disciplines is required.
• BIM/Revit model experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Produce LOD100-500 BIM models for projects.
• Perform Clash-Detection and BIM Coordination.
• Raise BIM issues for clash/non-compliance avoidance.
• Prepare BIM reports per established standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Must be a Licensed Engineer
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant position
• Knowledgeable and experienced BIM Operator for Architectural and MEP Services/Disciplines
• Experience as a BIM Operator for complicated construction projects (Building/Plant/Process)
• Experience with Data Center projects is an advantage
• Can execute BIM Operations for LOD100-500: Modeling, BIM-Coordination, Design-Coordination, Clash-Detection
• Mandatory BIM/Revit model experience
• Minimum Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Excel, any CMS

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for producing LOD100-500 models for the purpose of:
