Samsung C&T Philippines, Corp. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead the Philippines BIM team, coordinating with the HQ. The role focuses on 3D modeling, 4D simulation, and quantity take-offs.

You will oversee BIM deliverables, ensure compliance with project standards, and mentor team members. Strong English and leadership are essential for successful coordination with international partners.

Based in BGC, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, the position is contract and requires extensive BIM experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction with 3+ years BIM modeling/coordination.
• Experience with civil infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Fluent English required for technical negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit and Civil 3D models per standards.
• Lead BIM team, plan resources and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with HQ BIM team for requirements and workflows.
• Perform 4D simulations, quantity take-offs, clash detection.
• Manage collaboration and model coordination via ACC.
• Review models and ensure deliverables meet client and quality standards.
