Job summary

BIMCAP is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with Data Center project experience to join our international BIM team. You will lead cross‑disciplinary BIM activities, coordinate with global stakeholders, and ensure models comply with BIM standards and LOD requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Data Center BIM coordination, is proficient in Revit and Navisworks, and can work within ISO 19650 frameworks. This hybrid role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering-related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Data Center BIM coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360 or similar.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and international BIM standards.
• Strong English communication and coordination skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate BIM activities across multiple disciplines for Data Center and mission-critical projects.
• Coordinate with BIM Consultants, engineers, consultants, contractors, and international project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review and coordinate Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, MEPF, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV/BMS, and other applicable disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts, constructability issues, and coordination challenges in complex and highly congested Data Center environments.
• Review equipment layouts, service routes, equipment clearances, maintenance access, penetrations, supports, and interfaces between disciplines.
• Apply Data Center-specific considerations such as critical infrastructure, redundancy, resilience, maintainability, and system continuity during BIM coordination.
• Ensure BIM models and deliverables comply with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, BIM Execution Plans, and ISO 19650 practices.
• Perform model reviews and coordination using Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and other BIM coordination platforms.
• Coordinate and review federated models to ensure proper alignment and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Provide technical guidance and support to BIM Consultants and contribute to improving BIM workflows, quality, and project efficiency.

Who You Are:

• Graduate of BS Architecture, BS Engineering, BS Mechanical/Electrical, or a related field.
• Must have at least 5 years of hands‑on experience working on Data Center projects, with demonstrated experience in BIM coordination.
• Strong understanding of Data Center environments, systems, equipment, and multidisciplinary coordination requirements.
• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks. Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360 is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and coordinate technical drawings and BIM models across different disciplines.
• Experience working with international BIM standards and ISO 19650 practices.
• Strong understanding of clash detection, model federation, QA/QC, LOD, and BIM coordination workflows.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, able to identify potential coordination and constructability issues before they affect the project.
• Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to work with multiple disciplines, teams, and stakeholders.
• Adaptable to different project requirements, team structures, workflows, and international standards.
