Job summary

BIMCAP is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with Data Center project experience to join our international BIM team. You will lead cross‑disciplinary BIM activities, coordinate with global stakeholders, and ensure models comply with BIM standards and LOD requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Data Center BIM coordination, is proficient in Revit and Navisworks, and can work within ISO 19650 frameworks. This hybrid role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering-related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Data Center BIM coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360 or similar.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and international BIM standards.
• Strong English communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM activities across disciplines for Data Center projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and international stakeholders.
• ReviewArchitectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and ELV/BMS models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues in congested data centers.
• Ensure models meet BIM standards, LOD, and execution plans.
• Provide guidance to BIM team and improve workflows.
